-          Flat fee regardless of the number of trips necessary.  This also includes the repair of up to 3 entrance points.

-          ** If litter of baby raccoons is present additional $100 fee for removal and proper care of the young which may include taking them to an area rehabber.   If young are older than 4 weeks they will be very difficult to trap/remove.  Trip charge may be  added under these circumstances.

Initial inspection and trap setup (Ground Trapping)………………………………………………… $129

-          Initial service fee includes extensive inspection of the building, attic and property.  After diagnosing the type of animal problem I then setup the appropriate traps.  Armadillos, Raccoon, Opossum, and Squirrel methods include Trap and removal/ground trapping services in which we use live traps to relocate the wildlife humanely. 

Return Trips………………………………………… $89 each

-          Return trips to remove and relocate animals, and reset traps if necessary.   Re-inspection of the property, damage, pathways etc to monitor/control the situation.  I only charge for the trip, not the number of animals removed.  Relocation also requires a great deal of driving to relocate the animals 10-20 miles outside the city.

Snake Prevention………………………………. $300**

-          Snake prevention is the application of a king snake musk applied around the perimeter of the house and also the property which will deter all snake species and I have found to be very effective.  I also place live snake traps in high traffic areas.  

**This service includes two trips back to the residence to remove and relocate captured snakes.

-          I am the best in the business for bat exclusion, removal, and decontamination.  Variables include size and location of colony.  Also the size and type of building mainly the roof type and amount of sealing necessary.  I will beat any written proposal and Guarantee my work!

-          I love Rat work!!  Yes that sounds weird but Rats tend to be the majority of our business and we take pride in the work that we do so that we can offer you a rodent free home and a guarantee on the work that we do!  Rats usually have many entrance points and this process usually takes 10-14 days to solve your Rodent problem.  I will also beat any written proposal and Guarantee my work!

Dead Animal Removal and Decontamination……………………………….. $189-$229

-          Price depends if the location of the deceased is known.

Animal Capture without trap………………………………………………………… $189-$229

-          Many times this is an emergency removal call during the day or night when the animal is present in a home, garage, pool etc.  Sometimes this involves a sick animal usually involving rabies or distemper.  If sickness is evident I must put the animal down after capture to ensure the disease is not spread to other wildlife, pets, or humans.

-          After 6pm Emergency removal price may vary depending on time, situation, and distance.
